Every placement begins with a paid trial week. This period exists to allow both the client and the operator to assess fit before committing to a longer engagement.
If the match is not suitable during the trial period, GLONEXT will use reasonable efforts to rematch the client within 48 hours at no additional matching cost. This rematch guarantee is subject to the client providing clear and reasonable feedback regarding why the original match was not suitable.
While GLONEXT takes significant care in its vetting and matching process, we cannot guarantee that every placement will result in a long-term, successful working relationship. We commit to a rigorous process — not a guaranteed outcome.
Applying to join the GLONEXT talent network does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or employment. GLONEXT reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
As an operator, you agree to:
Operators placed with clients are expected to uphold the GLONEXT Standard at all times — including capability, communication, ownership, reliability, and a growth mindset. Failure to maintain these standards may result in removal from the GLONEXT network.
Operators may have access to confidential information belonging to client businesses during a placement. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the client's express written permission.
Specific fee structures, payment terms, and engagement agreements are communicated directly to clients and operators during the onboarding and placement process.
By engaging GLONEXT services, clients agree to the payment terms outlined in any service agreement or confirmation provided by GLONEXT. Failure to honour agreed payment terms may result in suspension of services.
GLONEXT reserves the right to update its pricing and fee structures at any time. Any changes will not affect engagements already in progress under existing agreed terms.
